I ordered filters back in March. I have emailed several times. Customer service takes days to respond. I still have no filters 2 months later!

Company stood behind product
I would buy with confidence. I bought a 2 water filter pack that i reliably felt was correct for our GE fridge. I notified customer service and advised i tried both filters and they didnt work. The filters looked like the others i’ve had. Point is they refunded my purchase. I would try them again.

The product received, a whole house water filter, was fine. The total lack of response for a customer service issue was problematic. Will not be ordering from here again.

Stepping up to the plate
So we ordered filters and waited and waited. I reached out to filter way about where my order was and it took Filterway a couple days, but they got back with me. I was told the shipping company lost the order somehow. Filtrrway was excellent fixing the problem by shipping out s new order.

It works great, the filters are a little difficult to center as your installing them. but a little patience and it works. the water taste great.

We recently purchased a Three Stage Whole Filtering System from Filterway, because our water quality left a lot to be desired! In two short weeks after installing the system, we immediately found the quality of our water improved by at least 30-40%, giving us great tasting water, fresher laundry, better feeling hair and improving our shower or bathing experience. However, we experienced a sudden drop in water pressure which was found to be the failure with one of the filters in our three (3) stage whole house system, an issue which was found to be a design flaw with the filter casings. After contacting the folks at Filterway, they jumped into action and addressed the problem immediately, and was already working on the replacement solution with the manufacturer of the filter casing having them upgraded. But that is only part of the story. Paul, a rep for Filterway, first sent us a set of filters to get us back up and operational and get us through until the improved filters were released, literally putting the customer first! This is going the extra mile to stand behind their products, customer service and support! In which case, we give them a five (5) out of five rating!! And will continue to give them all our business. I did it my way
Folks at filterway worked with me to create a three-sump filter system specific to MY needs, and at the lowest possible price. The assembly is all supported by a simple single hanging plate that will save space in my confined area, and the fact these filter assemblies have provisions for discharge gauges will allow me to save more space without needing to plumb additional Tee’s into the piping. The gauges will allow me to monitor the discharge pressure after each filter, and determine when each component needs replacement. All told, a good, sturdy system that meets MY needs and limited space.
