I have been ordering carbon block filters from Isopure in bulk for years. I thought I’d try filterway. I used the search function for “CARBON BLOCK” Up pops a photo of 12 filters, The photo was poor and they all looked the same. I ordered. The mistake I made was not to pan down. Below in the listing it then said 6 were carbon block and 6 were polypropylene. The day I got them I tried to call at 4:30 pm No one answered. I sent an email saying I got 6 and 6 of another type-plastic. Two days later I was simply told “you got exactly what you ordered” . I have ordered plenty of items in the past and have not had problems getting what i want. Yes I should have panned down , but you should have a better listing with a better photo,and listing of. 6 of one type and 6 of another. Look at your listing see how this could happen. Also my order and invoice said 10X 2 1/2 inch filters. 6 were not that size.

Was charged at the day I placed order. 10 days later, the order not shipped yet. Sent email to Customer Service and got response to call them.

I don’t normally fill out these “Tell us how we did surveys” but dealing with you guys and talking with your customer service personnel,It’s a pleasure! Especially in todays worlds worst customer service environment. You guys are Always patient, personnel and most helpful every time I call. You product is great! And I also appreciate the the notification that my order has been shipped out. Keep up the good work!

I had a problem with the delivery service locating my home. This is never happened before and this particular carrier decided to route my package to a pick up center 32 miles away. I contacted customer service about third choice of carriers and they went above and beyond and resolving mine issue. This type of customer service is more than rare in today’s market place! 5 Star Service.

Best supplier I have found for the filters I need. I have been in the Fluid Power industry for years and have discovered the most expensive filter is not the best. Many different materials can filter to the needed micron rating. I believe Filterway has the best prices with a great material that works.
