Superb customer service. I bought a secondhand point and shoot camera. the staff made sure the camera work correctly, found there was an issue so they swapped me another camera. It's been working well! You can trust that they care about the camera they sell and your experience with them.

Absolutely love this place! For me personally its a bit of nostalgic fun & excitement. There is a creative beauty in shooting film and something very special about engaging in this entire process. I've only recently dabbled into it, and have been coming to FND for over six months now. I bought three film stocks that I still have to shoot. What I can say is that the delivery process was smooth and relatively quick considering that was from Australia to Italy

I use FND for developing. They are prompt and the negatives are developed to a high standard.

I had a very good online shopping experience with the FilmNeverDie. I ordered five rolls of film but ended sent with four, and contacted the store and they sent another one to me immediately. Very happy with it.

Learnt so much and had such a good time at the black and white developing workshop! Jack is a really great teacher - he explained everything clearly and in terms beginners like me can understand, was thorough with the process, answered all of our questions, and most importantly made it really fun! Gary and his team are some of the nicest people I have ever met. They have been nothing but helpful in my journey in film photography and are very personable.

I attended the Film Developing Workshop with Jack in June and loved every aspect of it. Jack was a great instructor and it was a great experience learning from someone who had a passion for the art, and knew his craft. Would highly recommend. The only feedback i'd provide is it would have been great if you had film developing kits for sale as i was very keen to get started self developing after the workshop.
