I’ve had multiple rolls of film developed here and they always give me great results. Told me it was going to be a couple of days to develop and it was less that 24 hours.

Unfortunately, I can’t say I was satisfied with my order. I received Polaroid film labeled with a sticker stating, “This product is warrantied for 24 months. ” However, when I contacted Polaroid's support team about this, they confirmed the actual recommended use period is still just 12 months. I’ve had a similar experience with another retailer who claimed their wholesaler extended the warranty—but warranty is not the same as expiry or best-use. Warranty typically covers defects or malfunctions (like a faulty cassette), while expiry refers to how long the film performs as intended. Mixing these terms can be misleading. I had hoped FilmNeverDie would be more considerate than the other retailer, but I actually received even older stock. (I placed my order in June 2025, and the film’s production date was August 2023. ) Additionally, I ordered five rolls of Portra 400 film, which arrived unboxed—so I couldn’t verify the expiry dates. Since film quality depends heavily on freshness, expiry information should at least be clearly marked on each canister. I would like to order more products in the future, but this experience has made me hesitant.
