The wait period was as described but well worth it.

The towels are soft, comfortable and quite absorbent and met my expectations.

This rug is fabulous! It is soft and does not slip. It's white so I expected it to get dirty immediately but it hid the dirt well. I really love this product and am considering ordering more.

Matouk towels are soft yet absorbent. This finger towel is no different. And the colors are great.

These are lovely. Light but thick. The charcoal color is nice. I'm actually looking at getting a different towel, though, because I need something less bulky.

My item was out of stock, so had to wait quite a while for it to come in. I ended up having to email customer service to check the status of the item and make sure they had my order (which ran even later than anticipated). Customer service did immediately respond and filled me in on the status. They were very nice, and apologetic as well. The shipping company then took it across country prior to it getting to me, so it was even later. Which was not the fault of Fig Linens and Home though. Overall, a good experiece, could just use a little more communication.
