I'm trying to return a purchase. Initially, I wrote asking for a return label. A code was sent to me to respond, so you could respond to me. The code expired in 15 mins. , which I missed (my bad). You asked for an order number. There was an order#, marked as such, on the receipt enclosed in the box, which I supplied to you, but it wasn't the right one. I guess there are 2 order numbers. Today I went back through deleted emails to get #. With order emails, I delete previous ones, as they are replaced by newer ones, and found #, which I supplied to you. I've returned items in the past w/o a hitch. I realize I'm part of the problem. Maybe I should've just called?

I bought one of these towels when I found them at retail store. When I went back for more, they were sold out so I searched online and found them! They are beautifully finished with rounded corners. They are thick and fluffy and so far they seem to be holding their beautiful color.
