The tables are absolutely gorgeous! However the delivery was really disappointing.

I was surprised to receive a request for a review several months after my purchase, especially because my experience was far from what I expected after spending around $800 on a table. The delivery experience was disappointing from the start. The delivery team seemed to be in a rush. They walked into my home without asking whether it was okay to wear their shoes inside, then placed a very large and heavy table directly on my new cream-colored rug. There seemed to be little concern about how I was supposed to move or assemble such a heavy piece on my own. When I asked if they could assemble the table, I was told assembly was not included and would cost an additional $100. They then proceeded to leave. I called customer service to complain and, after several attempts to reach someone, I finally got through. The woman I spoke with seemed genuinely concerned and told me she would contact the delivery team, who had just left, and ask them to return and assemble the table. Unfortunately, they said they could not come back at that time and did not return until hours later, at the end of the day. I had guests coming over that day, so rather than waiting, my guests ended up having to help me assemble an $800 table that had just been delivered. That is certainly not the experience I expected at this price point. Unfortunately, my disappointment didn't end with the delivery. I am now also questioning the quality of the table itself. Cracks have developed along the edges even though the table has not been subjected to anything unusual or mistreated. The surface appears to be peeling away in areas, exposing what looks like cement or some type of composite material underneath. For an $800 table, I expected substantially better quality, materials, delivery service, and customer care. Between the poor delivery experience and the table already showing signs of deterioration, I simply don't feel the quality or service justifies the pricing. Overall, this has been a very disappo...

How can you possibly send a request for a review when I am still waiting for my bench. I suggest you look into it and question WHY you would think I, or anyone else would give a positive review!!!

The table took much longer to deliver than the forecast provided and the product came damaged. So far I haven't received a replacement forecast.

Horrible experience and will NEVER purchase furniture from you again although your furniture is beautiful and tempting. I bought the “William bed” which is absolutely stunning and the necessary hardware for putting together the headboard with side wings was not included in the box with all the other tools. I contacted both your customer service department and the Manager of your store but everyone passed the buck and didn’t take responsibility as they stated that the time allowable for this issue had passed. I was unable to put the bed together immediately as I was decorating and painting my entire home. All in all, the items were not delivered with the bed and that was the point. Everyone failed me, luckily my husband is extremely handy and managed to cut 6 pieces of metal and bought appropriate sized screws and figured something out to put this behind us. You will never get my business nor referrals. I’ve told anyone who sees my bedroom the story so they know to beware when seeing your store as to how you conduct yourselves after a sale is made!!

The most uncomfortable sofa ever. Hard as a rock

We have furnished a couple of our apartments and home with Modani furniture. The bedroom, living room and dining room that we put together, gave them all a great look and were well priced to finish these homes.

Furniture piece had 2 damage sections out of the box. Delivery guys were excellent. Timing of delivery was off with no updates. Please contact me re damage piece delivered

I have had poor communication with my order online. Ordered in June and had to personally follow up before they ever did. Delayed shipment and then when it was delivered a piece was damaged so now I have to wait another 2 weeks

The worst ever return policy and customer service in the industry.

When I purchased my patio set (5 items), I did not notice an opportunity to buy assembly. My items arrived in boxes and Modani would not assemble them for any price after I received the items, even though the items were not un-boxed nor was I offered assembly during my purchase.
