Service was good. I ordered after Christmas so I didn’t need my products in a hurry

I did find few and far at Alexandria hard to find but once I got there the service was great - I was able to swap what I purchased for these lovely ones . The quality of the items are fabulous .

Only received 4 glasses and nothing else.

The shipping felt slow, but that’s probably because it wasn’t in stock when I ordered it. The item looked exactly as pictured so I wa s happy with that.

Keeps coffee hot and importantly, can microwave. Feels like a coffee from home, away from home. Delivery was super quick!
