Beautiful glass bottle so no plastic chemicals on your hands. Pleasant hand wash. To make it more environmentally friendly you can re-fill the bottle with handwash from Ecostore or a health food shop. It's the second bottle I have bought, one for each bathroom.

I was really disappointed to find the base of the travel mug was chipped when we opened the box, and the lack of any broken pieces in the box would suggest it was chipped before it was packed. If it had happened during delivery it would be understandable, but this looks like carelessness on the part of whoever packed the order. Adding to that the lid looks worn and discoloured, could just be the material itself but it's added to the overall feeling of disappointment. It's functional and I can't be bothered with returns, but still the overall theme is very disappointing.
