Before I discovered these guys, I would never take iron supplements for first, iron deficiency anemia, and then just plain iron deficiency because of the horrid side effects- i. e. they killed my gut and made me so constipated. Now- after taking for a few weeks already- I can't believe how good I feel!! I take them first thing in the morning (so most often an empty tummy) and have had NO issues- no side effects = except for feeling better than I have in years- 10/10- I'm so glad you came along
