I have IBS and Ferosom is one of the best iron supplements I have tried in terms of least amount of negative effects on the stomach and small intestine. I still have troublesome constipation with this product so take it every other day and use a laxative on the "off" days. I haven't been taking it long enough to say anything definitive about my ferritin levels. Health professionals have told me that it can take 6-9 months to see a noticeable effect. Perhaps I can write another review then or edit this one?
