My teenaged daughter can't swallow pills yet so having a powdered option is great! So many of the choices aside from pills involve liquid. My daughter finds that this powder taste is tolerable if she takes it with flavoured applesauce.

I've had low iron for a number of years and have struggled to improve my iron levels. I've only been taking the sachets for a month, and because it tastes great, I've been consistently taking every day. I'm looking forward to getting my levels checked after 12 weeks. The one thing I have noticed so far, is fewer headaches.
