Bicycle headlights package shipped first and was received with no issues. Shipping was delayed for separate lithium battery because these are more restricted by shippers. Customer service representative was so attentive and knowledgeable and advised about shipping status as well as updates.

For 4 years straight I have used a fenix flashlight everyday for work and never had any problems. It charges in a reasonable time and is super durable. I own 3 of their flashlights and probably will buy a few more.
