Took over a month to receive my order. When I called customer service they were very and helpful and told me that the package still showed it was in transit so I just needed to wait.

kI have several Fenix lights and have had no troubles with any of them in 5 roughly years of various EDC and camping flashlights. It has been a very quality conscious product holding up well after some years of moderate rough use.

I've got a headlamp that's awesome. The motion sense on/off can be a little annoying until I got used to it. Otherwise great light. Also recently bought some 18350 batteries. Best batteries money can buy.
