Why must I wait 7 more business days for you to ship my flashlight back? You’ve had it since December 10th for warranty problem with the buttons. You indicated it is ready to ship out. You found nothing wrong with it. Each of my weekly calls you said it would been shipped the end of the week!

Shipping was fast.

Arrived quickly and worked well. I bought this for an overnight trail race and it lasted me almost all night (10 hr. ) on the 400 lumen setting even in cold temps (10F).

I have been using Fenix flashlights for the past 6 years…still going strong since day one! (Besides one I forgot in a customer’s ceiling!) I buy them for gifts as well. The hm50r headlamp is fantastic for work as an hvac technician and installer, as well as for my wife to cut nails. My coworker whom I gifted one, bought one for his wife who uses it to do embroidery! If fenix continues it’s quality, I will always be a fenix customer!!!

I don’t like how you shipped my product from two separate warehouses and I got the charging block and cable within days but I took almost two months to receive the flashlight.

Seems like a high quality light. I have used it a couple of times and really like it. Good lighting area and I feel that the projected beam is not annoying for on coming traffic.

Bicycle headlights package shipped first and was received with no issues. Shipping was delayed for separate lithium battery because these are more restricted by shippers. Customer service representative was so attentive and knowledgeable and advised about shipping status as well as updates.
