My new go too for night carry. I love this light and it is just what i needed. it is constructed of high quality and it will be very durable.

High quality products. Straightforward checkout. Great customer service. I'm own more than 15 of their products: tactical flashlights, EDC flashlights, lanterns, bike lights. Their products are great gifts as well.

Excellent lights, the best l’ve used. Strongly recommend for those who need reliable, compact, cutting edge light.

As always, Fenix is the best there is and the Fenix Store is my favorite place to get em! Amazing selection, superb shipping and service and fast shipping. Great looking, easy-to-use website too!

Orders take way too long to be delivered.

First off, I and one of my associates have a few Fenix lights! We both LOVE them!! Excellent lights and batteries. I had one head lamp that had a malfunction after a years service. Customer support was beyond awesome!!! They were far above and beyond generous and kind in helping me, at no charge to me!!! We both are electricians, lights are extremely vital for the type of work we do which spans commercial & residential environments. I recommend this brand to every person who asks.

Store had products. I ordered products. They shipped products. I used products.

Work on the charging port and the charger they fall apart very quickly

very helpful and patient.

Solid webpage. No hiccups.

Great battery

I really chose the Fenix Store over the other for the worry free after sale. It's nice to know if there is an issue that I would be taken care of . There were not any issues so I didn't need the service but it's good to know.

Worked perfectly for my all night bike race

Search for two tavtical flashlights 🔦 was located plus accessories. Packages or packaging should be improved for secure mail or ups/fed ex deliveries.

Really fast shipping - LOVE the products !

It’s a very bright light. I love that you can lock it so it doesn’t go off. I had a different model fenix light that had a safe lock but it could still Be inadvertently turned on.

Poor customer service

Times and things have changed since the first time I ever ordered a FenixTK35 around 16 years ago it still works with the original Fenix 18650 lithium ion batteries that have been charged up about 1,800 times. I am greatly impressed by the new AA Size Fenix ARB-L14-1600U 1. 5V USB Rechargeable Li-ion AA Batteries. I am getting ready to make another purchase of 10 more batteries. Chrispen G. Florida
