First off, I and one of my associates have a few Fenix lights! We both LOVE them!! Excellent lights and batteries. I had one head lamp that had a malfunction after a years service. Customer support was beyond awesome!!! They were far above and beyond generous and kind in helping me, at no charge to me!!! We both are electricians, lights are extremely vital for the type of work we do which spans commercial & residential environments. I recommend this brand to every person who asks.

Great battery

I really chose the Fenix Store over the other for the worry free after sale. It's nice to know if there is an issue that I would be taken care of . There were not any issues so I didn't need the service but it's good to know.

It’s a very bright light. I love that you can lock it so it doesn’t go off. I had a different model fenix light that had a safe lock but it could still Be inadvertently turned on.

Poor customer service

Times and things have changed since the first time I ever ordered a FenixTK35 around 16 years ago it still works with the original Fenix 18650 lithium ion batteries that have been charged up about 1,800 times. I am greatly impressed by the new AA Size Fenix ARB-L14-1600U 1. 5V USB Rechargeable Li-ion AA Batteries. I am getting ready to make another purchase of 10 more batteries. Chrispen G. Florida

Site is performant and has good organization. The only ding is that the "account" section is clearly out sourced and lacks features. Otherwise, the choice of products is solid and covers all my needs.

The website is terrific, but the shipping via either UPS or USPS (U. S. Postal Service) is convenient if one sets up a routinely frequented retail store location for UPS package pickup. Example: In the capital city of Missouri, Jefferson City, I set parameters in the UPS app for Android that my packages be delivered to Staples on Missouri Boulevard. This kicks in if I'm not at home when UPS attempts a package delivery.

Ordered L-14 battery and received a 16. Replacement order was also a 16. I give up. Who’s packing and checking orders before shipping. I can understand one order incorrect, but two. 16 battery will not fit in this flashlight. I have several Fenix lights and love em but these issues make me want to look a
