Yes, the Fenix staff were extremely helpful and prompt.

I used Streamlight daily for more than 20 years, so switching brands wasn’t a decision I took lightly. After purchasing two Fenix flashlights and a headlamp from the Fenix Store, I’m glad I made the change. As a home inspector, I depend on reliable lighting every day, and Fenix has impressed me with its superior operation and dependability. All three have been excellent purchases. Fenix has earned my business, and I highly recommend their lights to anyone who relies on one for work.

I keep coming back

Good service

Great flashlight

The product performs as advertised and better than expected. Service for a malfunctioning unit was better than what I had ask for.

The site provides a lot of facts about the products offered and that helped me to make purchase decisions.

Awesome pen !! You can unscrew it and use both the pen and the flashlight together or seperate !!!

I've been a long-time repeat customer. Always get great service, value and satisfaction. I'd recomend the Fenix-Store to anyone looking for the best lights you can buy.

After many Felix lights, one died under warranty. Fenix promptly sent the newer version of the light as mine had been discontinued. Awesome service, great new light! Why would I ever go elsewhere? Very cool!

Good product and service

Best headlamps I ever bought, been buying them for over ten years. Thanks for your help. I’m waiting for the new headlamp right now.

Best head lamp (HM71R) and flash light (PD40R) I have ever own. Use these lights for my HVAC/R work. Get a good light for a good length of time. Last all day recharge once a day. Bought these two as a spare for personal use.

Now it's the best 👌

Loved it but I left it at work now someone else is loving it gotta order another one

Lightweight, comfortable, and long-lasting for field work!

At the suggestion of a good friend, I've been using the HM70R light for several years and love it! In addition to that I recently reached out to the company for support after two batteries I ordered were sitting in limbo for more than a week. The support team was phenomenal!! I couldn't ask for better! If I need another caving headlight, Fenix will be my absolute first choice!!!

I’ve been using Fenix products for over five years. My older-generation bike tail light developed an issue after more than three years of use, and Fenix replaced it for me. I was so impressed with their customer service and warranty that I bought this newer model, which is even better and much improved. I also have a Fenix headlamp that I’ve used on job sites for about five years, and it’s still going strong. Great products, excellent warranty, and a brand I trust.

Great choice for electronic projects; fast charging. I have been using these batteries for over two year in small electronic, wireless camera (trail cam). no issues.

I suppose I’m rating the headlamp (HM65R) as much as the battery, as it’s the only application I’ve used the battery in, but it truly provides next level brightness (amazing for trail running at night). I have noticed a pretty significant drop in battery life after about a year with the brightness automatically fading (earlier than when I first got it). But at full charge, it’s amazing. I wonder if they could improve on the longevity though.
