I did ask if there was anything they could do about my tent leaking and they just didn’t reply. I would have been fine even if they had answered.

Was finally able to try out my tent. I was always skeptical about trekking pole tents. After hearing many good things about Featherstone Backbone, I figured why not. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to setup. The next day was pretty windy. I was a bit nervous about setting up. Decided to place my pack on top of the tent. Was able to stake all 4 corners, then positioned the trekking poles. Afterwards, I was able to adjust the guidelines and reposition the stakes. Took longer then the first time but it was pretty windy. That night the temperature dropped below 40° and super windy. To my surprise, the tent held up and I was able to stay warm. : ) I only gave it 4 stars because I want to see how it holds up in the rain. I also wished it came with a footprint. Other than that, I am very pleased with my purchase. Would definitely recommend.

The ordering experience was great. The Delivery was a little delayed, but i checked in with the company and they got back to me quickly and let me know the new timeline.

On first inspection, this pad seems perfect! I haven’t had the opportunity to use it, yet, but on for it to be backup to my air pad, and extra insulation on cooler nights.

Quality products at a great price.

The shipping was 5 days later than advertised. All components were included and each came with their own bags with drawstrings. It also came with two more stakes. The weight listed on the packaging was 3oz. lighter than on the website (for minimum trail weight) which is a good thing but makes me question how they calculated the total weight. . . I have not used the tent yet in a backpacking excursion. I am still excited to use it.

Easy setup and held up great in steady Pacific NW rain. Very compactable and light weight for all your backpacking adventures. Lots of room and the two vestibules allow for even more. I'm very happy with my purchase, its really hard to beat this price. One thing to note is that they never mentioned that this newer version does not need to be seam sealed on the head end of the tent.

I haven't used it yet. Will be the end of April beginning of May. I did take it out. Seems to be simple enough to set up. Love how lightweight it is. Color is nice, do wish it was a bit darker. Will post a full review after my trip.

The tent was easy to set up. The video especially helped. The size of the tent is also awesome. Cannot wait to test this tent out up in the mountains.
