Great, very quick and responsive

I purchased the Featherstone Granite 2P tent and the Calcatta pad and I love both so far! The tent seems very solid and lightweight for the price. The pad is the most comfortable pad I have ever used so I'll be buying a second one for my wife. I tested them at home but can't wait to get out on trail and try them out!

This tent was absolutely perfect for my first backpacking trip. It is so lightweight and super easy to setup! The tent I was going to bring broke a few days before my trip and Featherstone overnighted this to me so I could have it in time. So pleased with the tent and extremely satisfied with the customer service. 5 stars!!

Bought this tent for my little brother on a hiking trip we took recently. Super lightweight, very easy setup and it looks like it’ll hold up for a while, however we both noticed heavy dew collecting in the morning. Didn’t get hit with rain during the trip luckily as the rain fly itself would soak through the second water collected on it. Other than that I’d highly recommend this tent if you’re planning a trip in a dry low-humidity environment.

This tent is great for the price. Feels very spacious, has lots of mesh for ventilation, is light, and the set up was really easy. I haven’t taken it out on a rainy trip yet, but it provided great ventilation for a very hot trip I went on this summer in northern Michigan. Maybe my only minor complaint is the stakes and string on the stakes are hard to see in the ground because they are black. Highly recommend if you are new to backpacking and don’t want to break the bank on gear!

Fast shipping and great customer service

Haven’t used my Moondance 25 yet. But was a little surprised as to how long it took to get the down to fluff out once I took it out of the stuff sack. Makes me wonder how long the quilt was in the stuff sack before I received it. And the wrinkles in the nylon have yet to dissipate after a week of being out of the stuff sack. Also it would be appreciated if in the future you could provide a storage bag and a note explaining to novice down bag/quilt owners that they should never store their down bag/quilt in the provided stuff sack.

I had to wait for a while due to back order, but once back in stock the shipping was fine. Love the product and excited to use it. However - fix your emailed review link, please. I filled it out about 5 times before i finally was able to submit (on web link). Frustrating!
