Excellent service, received within a few days as the supplier is Victoria based. I received the item in a few days, beautifully packaged and great quality. The Return Policy for Fate & Becker is very easy, should you need to return the garment for any reason. Unlike some recent experiences when I thought I was purchasing from an Australian company (with an Australian name, Refined Melbourne) only to find when a needed to return the garment due to damage to the fabric, poor stitching, button holes not overlocked etc. ; only to find they were actually China based, AND the cost of postage to return the garment was $65. 00 as the item had to be returned via an international courier (USP) using track & trace. The cost to return was greater than the cost of purchase.
