I'm generally happy with my shopping experience with Fate&Becker although I did have a billing incident on my last order a few weeks ago - advertised a further 15% on sale items on website but when I clicked on pay, reverted back to pre sale price. I did email the company and they asked me to send a screen shot which I haven't done as yet because I have been mega busy. Nevertheless I love the unique designs of Fate&Becker and the quality of the clothing - plus the size 16 is a perfect fit for me.

Returns process is a fast. In the past I have purchased various clothing items, with few issues, UNTIL aiming to exchange a recent purchase. I purchased a pair of pants which, upon receiving them were obviously too big. I applied online for these to be returned and exchanged for a smaller size. GRANTED immediately. The pants were posted back that very day and I received an email validating the pants had been received. . . "Please allow 5-7 days for your return to be processed and a refund or exchange to be issued. You will receive another email once the return process is complete. " After patiently waiting beyond the 7 days I wrote to them, (via email), asking about my returned/exchanged sz pants, ( Note: I fully paid for the pants that were too big). Well, the only reply I received was focussed on this company moving to a new warehouse. Again, I emailed them back requesting a validation of the pants I paid for, returned, and an exchange sz as initially requested. Email reply NOPE - just the company focussing on moving. BTY, online the pants I purchased, returned for a smaller exchange have ALL SOLD OUT. This is poor customer service, when all you want is a validation, ( as you have the email as evidence), you will get a smaller size item or a FULL MONEY return as they have sold out. Buy an item, return it, the company wont validate this, so I'm out of $ and the pants that were TOO big. I'm feeling VERY disheartened by this company as moving and still selling is their focus. ACCC has clear guidelines about issues like this.
