I was very impressed with the ordering process. My package arrived in 10 business days, exactly the time I was told. I had to pay duties on top of the part and shipping cost when delivered which in Canada is the HST (13% in Ontario). Overall, I saved about 50% off the regular North American cost.

Your service is all good. The Xpert boots are really comfortable, but I'm on my third pair now and only lasting around 3 months as the heal collapses into the bottom of the boot and become unusable. I have emailed photos and described the issue to Xpert. It would be nice if they could do something about it.
