Your service is all good. The Xpert boots are really comfortable, but I'm on my third pair now and only lasting around 3 months as the heal collapses into the bottom of the boot and become unusable. I have emailed photos and described the issue to Xpert. It would be nice if they could do something about it. Great gift for someone. I loved that I received product ealier than I thought as it went out of stock and it was for a xmas gift. Wasn't ment to get it till the middle of January but got it 3 days before xmas :) I had a very happy man.

The first order was really good however I was disappointed with the second as neither of them turned out to be in stock and haven’t received my refund yet

This is the second Christmas in a row I have purchased farm clothing for my son, who has now finished agricultural college and is working on the farm where he did his placement year. His overalls get heavy use and one of the straps had broken, so this year’s purchase is a replacement. My son thinks the straps are better this year, and if they do him until next Christmas that’s all we can ask.
