I ordered a Ted Lasso shirt for my friend - it had stains on it when it arrived. However, the customer support was stellar - they fixed the issue immediately and sent me a replacement the same day. I didn't miss my friend's birthday and he LOVED the unique shirt!

I picked the wrong color on one of my shirts and contacted them and they fixed it for me, then one of my shirts came damaged and without hesitation they fixed that as well. Most punctual company I've ever dealt with online and will definitely be purchasing more in the near future. Shirts are exceptional and if I could give more than five stars I would!

The customer service when I contacted you about my delayed package was great. However, I must recommend that you change your courier - it should not take a month to get a package to Australia, even at this time. I only contacted you as it seemed like it had gone missing. I haven't tried the shirts on yet, but I will consider buying from you again.
