I placed my order on November 11th. I was notified that my order had shipped on November 12th, but didn't receive my order for 14 DAYS (delivered on November 26th). When I reached out to customer service to return my order (the shirts were for Thanksigiving...), there was no apology of any kind. All the customer service rep said was "Per our site, we ask that you please allow 2-5 business days for your item to be printed, followed by 2-7 days for shipping and handling. Ultimately, it could take up anywhere from 8 to 12 days to receive an order." I would have been very happy with 8-12 days...but it took 15. My advice - if you are going to order something - allow for an exorbitant amount of time to receive your order.

I love the Famous in Real Life and Allegiant Goods websites for tee shirts and tanks. The fit is perfect and I appreciate the sizing advice that is offered. The quality of the material is good too but most of all I love the graphic designs.

Placed an order and over a week later no shipping information. Asked for an update and no response after days just an automated response so that my message was received.

Got my husband a shirt for Christmas and it is now his favorite. Always first worn after the laundry favorite. So I ordered him the same shirt in a different color for Father’s Day. No-brainer. Except the second shirt is a different brand and doesn’t have the same magic. It’s thinner and isn’t as perfect a fit. Would be nice if there had been some warning of the change or the different brands.

Cool designs - I bought two shirts. But...I had to give both to my daughter because they shrank so much after the first washing (in cold water, low heat). Be sure to buy at least one size larger than you think you'll need.

This shirt is amazing! But the customer service is the best! I didn’t receive my order and they were so great with helping me get it replaced.

I recently bought the wide neck sweatshirt and it shrunk a lot in the wash. I would stick with the tees to save your money.

After three weeks of waiting on order I called in. Rep felt it has been lost by courier, so no Father’s Day present. Rep Re shipped ordered items… still waiting been over a week

My order was wrong .sent me 2 of same and then would not fix it or attempt to make it right! Poor customer service!

This is my 2nd or 3rd time ordering from IRL. Again, $ transaction was smooth, quick processing between order placement and package shipping, package arrived according tracking updates, package and product arrived intact. Love these guys!!
