I purchased this bag during the winter sale and it is absolutely beautiful. I am a “senior citizen” and know beauty and quality when I see it. This is definitely not your grandma’s bag and it matches all ages and styles!The leather ( shiny croc) is absolutely gorgeous and the stitching beautiful. The bag is roomier than I expected and fits all my essentials including an iPhone 16 Pro. Shipping was exceptionally fast and it made it from the UK to my door in Texas in just a few days. There was a price drop between ordering and shipping and that was immediately addressed satisfactorily by Fairfax and Favor wonderful staff. Packaging is beautiful . I was so pleased with this purchase that I ordered a Windsor. The pricing is fair and it is very helpful that it includes all tariffs and taxes for U. S. buyers.

The bag arrived extremely quickly. Fabulous shipping. Also, the box . . . when I opened the box, it was beautiful inside. The inside was a creamy white with blue floral designs that reminded me of lovely printed wallpaper. That in itself made the handbag even lovelier. And as for the big question — how did Fairfax & Favor do? It’s always easy to criticise, and far too rare that praise is given when it’s genuinely deserved. In this case, and to be fair in general, the service has been outstanding. Delivery to the Western Isles is naturally a little slower than the mainland, but it’s still free and reliably arrives within 3–4 days (and occasionally in just 2, which feels like a small miracle up here). Returns are seamless, refunds are quick, and when you actually need help — as we did when the first pair didn’t fit — the team really shines. The staff at the Bakewell store were fantastic. Their help was above and beyond, even arranging for the replacement pair to be delivered to the shop while we were away for three weeks. They even kept us supplied with coffee and fizz while we sorted everything out - a level of hospitality you don’t often see these days. What more can we say other than a huge thank you - you’re all amazing.

It is really unfair to advertise Explorer boots as waterproof while they are not. Two pairs, both leaking terribly in the same spots. But on F&F's web page model still happily wades in a river. . .
