Just disappointed that it is card payment only!

Beautiful, very well made clutch bag, perfect in every way. Quick delivery and beautifully packaged.

Always a 5 star experience

Only just started my Fairfax journey and already loving it!!

I was concerned about having my item sent from overseas, but it arrived within a few days. No delays whatsoever.

Always excellent

Always a great experience and any F&F shop and Shaftsbury was no exception

Amazing service and products. My Husband bought me a pair for Christmas and I loved them so much I bought a pair in a different colour

Website easy to use. Once order placed the item arrived in a couple of days. Very happy with process.

Gorgeous bag, wonderful quality. Just the right size for a day or night out

Not happy

Excellent service as usual

Everything was good

Excellent service

I have bought 5 items now and the quality is wonderful . The service I have received is outstanding. I can’t wait to make purchases .

Shipping was fast and easy! So glad this brand ships to Australia! Many thanks!

Purchased the new Ebory sandals and loved how they looked however after wearing them out for a bit I got blisters and extremely painful feet. The padded areas that go over the foot rub really bad and they are uncomfortable, I was very disappointed 😞

I really love these shoes very smart and comfortable.

A premium shopping experience from start to finish

Communication is always excellent.
