I ordered a navy pair of Regina boots. The pair that arrived was not the same colour that I had seen in stockists or on the website. I ordered another pair which arrived with a faulty tassel. This complaint still has not been responded to 48 hours later. What I had hoped would be a joyful shopping experience from a premium brand was stressful and time consuming. I won’t shop with them online again.
