These are fantastic arch supports for my sneakers! When they go on sale, I try and stock up. I have 2 boxes unopened and will put a new pair in when I change to new sneakers. I especially need the metatarsal bump because of arthritis in my big toes.

Online chat Reps do not always answer the questions. ***Biggest complaint: y’all ought to have more variety for women’s WIDE WIDTH sneakers, beside only black in only couple of styles

These boots are the most comfortable boots I own! I suffer from plantar fasciitis, and I also have a plantar fibroma in my left foot. I can wear them all day without any foot pain. I would highly recommend these boots.

I wrote to customer service to let them know that these wires do not feel like my first pair I don't feel like these are really wide first pair did not hurt my feet at all from the beginning and after wearing these a few times my bunions are still hurting

This specific insert was recommended by my foot and ankle surgeon to treat my very painful posterior tibial tendonitis. Worked like a charm. This model has been the workhorse of my Aetrex collection. All my shoes now either are by Aetrex or have Aetrex inserts and these remain my favorites because of the level of support combined with not being too thick. Easy to insert into shoes that have removable insoles, very comfortable.
