There’s no foot stability side to side as the strap is not tight enough. It isn’t a safe slipper for me.

Problem with original delivery. Was sent back to aetrex. Had to waite an addition 2 weeks for delivery. Return process was horrible. Customer service kept saying label was mailed. Finally received label after three weeks of waiting. For me being a first time customer after all of this I went thru I will nor order from this company. .

I have very bad arthritis in my feet. When I received my shoes, I put them on and they felt very weird and I was going to return them immediately. The arch felt too far back and they just didn't feel right. I didn't want to wear them and then return a used pair of shoes. I didn't feel that was fair to Aetrex. I called your customer service and she was very nice and encouraged me to try them for 5-7 days so I did. I LOVE THEM! Oh my goodness, I have never been so surprised by something. They are great and I just ordered another pair, different style. Thank you Customer Service for encouraging me to try them. A customer forever. Linda H

Wide width needs to be a bit wider. Also need more color options in the wide width, black is the inky option available, which gets really boring.
