Ordered Sept 1 and not received by Sept 10. Website navigation awful and would not pull up order processing or shipping information. Called customer service and could only be told my package had not been shipped and refund was not an option.

I will be ordering from Aetrex again!

Price point is in line. Nice looking shoe!

Shipping was quick

I tried a few products recommended by my doctor. It is okay .

Great shoe, fit well, very comfortable. I did end up returning them due to changes in my left foot, possible bunion developing that cause the shoe to rub. Although there's no long term wearing to report I'd like to give a shout out to Aetrex Customer Service. They always do a great job, and it's so nice to work with an actual person.

Heels get blisters with these sandals. The back strap is not as supportive as it looks.

Second time ordered like this material better then suede

Comfortable and cute shoes and great customer support.

The Paula sandals are darling in look, but lacking in comfort. The strap at the back of the heel rubs and cuts the skin. They are not flexible, so overall hard to wear. Sad, because the design is fun.

This brand always fits. I have numerous pairs but especially love the sparkles for a dressier look.

My feet will be much happier with my orthodic inserts. They feel great!

Very comfortable sneakers. I am able to wear them all day. Great arch support.

Great experience!

Excellent

Nice, not so comfortable

Excellent products. Ordered 2 pair of sandals this summer. New favorite brand.

I got my shoes in a timely fashion.
