Best insoles I've found

The processing time is just terrible. I tried both the 'no rush' shipping and the 'regular' UPS and the AVERAGE time from ordering to order received was 2 full weeks of business days only. You really mean it when you say 'no rush'. My last order took 21 days to arrive. Seems there's a definite 'cost' to the free shipping option. I probably won't order again.

I have a very narrow foot. These are excellent, I can adjust to fit my foot.

Flip flops were very pretty but too wide and this makes them very floppy on your feet. My previous Aetrex sandals were not like this, same size.

I ordered the leather tennis shoe. It did not fit. I returned, no problem returning. I will stay with sandals.

My size 10 women's Aetrex flip flops were way too small and a good inch shorter than my current size 10 flip flops. I ordered them through Cornell Surgical and they told me to call Aetrex, the manufacturer, to return them. Aetrex made me take pictures of the unworn flip flops, and email the pictures to them. Even after that, they would not let me return them and get my money back. This was a pair of unworn shoes in the original packaging! They said I could exchange them for a new pair, but I didn't know what size to order, since a size 10 is not a size 10 in their world. They basically told me too bad, a store credit or nothing - plus I would have had to pay to ship them back. I gave up and called Cornell Surgical and they made things right. They told me they would send me a new pair, and they had 3 in stock. 2 with the "new sizing" and 1 with the "old sizing". Better known as the "WRONG sizing". They sent me the new pair and they fit fine. The original pair were a good inch shorter! Take a look at the picture! This tells me that this was a known problem - they must have had loads of returns and complaints! I will not be dealing with Aetrex again. But I do feel that Cornell Surgical cared, and made things right for me.

Would not buy again.

I was a bit disappointed. Was hoping the arch would be like the black sandle I have by Aetrex

Ordering directly from the company was easy. Shipping might be a bit longer than we are all used to but I didn’t mind.

This sandal is delicious, as are all my Aetrex sandals. Stylish but so comfortable, and with the arch support I need.
