I’ve ordered twice before progressive lenses. I received my order it was not correct, I immediately contacted them and was told to contact my doctor. I explained I’ve ordered this script before it’s just a bit stronger. Again I was told to check with my doctor. I sent them back and never heard from anyone. I received the new pair, script was correct and it ended well. You can’t reuse the frames which is not great.
