Overall, my experience was GOOD. I got the feeling people actually CARED about my "needs. " We had to negotiate some clarification regarding the part of my prescription that I wanted to use. Apparently, transition lenses are the norm, but I wanted a single-vision prescription (to be derived from my current prescription). I wasn't sure why this was confusing, but it was, for a few days. Anyway, it all worked out and I am happy with my purchase.
