Ordering samples was so easy and no credit card needed. I’m trusting that when I’m ready to order shutters the process will be equally pleasant.

Quality a 10, Shipping timeframe a 10, Order ease with website a 10. This is first time getting a primed or painted shutter so i can't rate that yet. Have ordered multiple thousands of $$ of multiple wood species of shutters. Never a missing, damaged or poorly made shutter to date.

Easy to select custom sizes. A little confusion understanding fraction measurements when selecting products. I used live chat and called. Both were helpful, friendly, and answered questions. They require you to create an account. I would have preferred ordering as a guest. Free shipping a bonus!
