this was easy to order - it was difficult to find a site to order shutters for 1 window after 1 shutter broke. But once i arrived here to this site, the ordering was easy down to custom size needed for my arched shutter. Now let's see how shipping and quality goes

Just placed an order so don't know how quickly they'll be able to respond due to CoVid, but the website is easy to use and the range of options is immense and extremely helpful. (They seem to know what we as buyers are looking for and have covered all the basis in an easy to read manner!) Best website for these shutters I've found and prices are extremely fair too!

this is the 3rd time i've ordered from Exterior Solutions. They're great!

I just received my shutters and they are very poor quality. They are not returnable because they were a custom size. Had I known that the quality would be this flimsy I would never have placed an order. One good wind and they will be off the house. I am very disappointed. The price was very similar to what I could have gotten from Home Depot and the quality at Home Depot is much better!!!! I thought I was getting them faster because of the custom size. They should take a little more time in the construction and turns out Home Depot now has my shutters. Lesson learned.
