I have ordered a bunch of shutters for my business from this company. This morning there was issues with trying to complete the order.... the website kept bouncing me around.

Terrible user interface for checkout
When I entered my email address, it claimed that I already had an account. When I pressed "Forgot password" and then clicked the emailed link link, it presented me with a page that asked me to enter my old password! What's the point of the "Forgot password" link on the login if I have to enter the password that I forgot??? Never in 25 years of ordering stuff online have I run into this. I eventually used another email address to create an account and was able to login using that and checkout. You should consider paying your web designers more than minimum wage!

I don't need shutters often but...
when I do I come to exterior shutters. The standard size is just the size and price I need. With special custom sizes when we need. Ordering process very easy and clear. Prices great. Can't wait to put them on our freshly painted house!
