First shipment I got with
First shipment I got with a carbon cartridge damaged (broke in 2 sections). I have to return the whole system instead of just replacing the damaged cartridge. I don’t understand why they can’t just send a new carbon cartridge to me?

Just installed the E3000 system.
Just installed the E3000 system. The taste of the water is noticeably different. Mostly the lack of chlorine taste and smell. The water seems to have a different texture. Will have to wait and see how effective the salt-free softener is with my city water. I have black matte bath fixtures that have accumulated significant scale and hope that the E3000 will improve that.

Our well water had developed a brown tint and had begun to bring small amounts of sand to the house, clogging filters and aerators as well as ruining our clothes washer. After the installation of the Kind system our water is clean and clean with no trace of oontaminants.
