Excellent customer service! Matt was very kind and patiently answered my questions and gave me detailed explanations of how the system worked. He also explained the shipping process as well. We received our filter system in about a week and the week after that, we had it installed in our garage by a plumber. The installation added to the overall cost, but since we don’t have that skill set, it was definitely worth it! It took the plumber a little less than an hour and a half to do the install. We also like that the filter system doesn’t take up a lot of space.

Reorder the right one we wanted and swapped the one we originally ordered with no problem for the one we really wanted and the order came within a week,very happy, better than lugging salt bags and no need to do anything else for a year when it's time to change filters

Almost everything about the product was spot on. My only issue was that I felt the UV light instructions were incomplete and confusing.

I did not like the disparity between part numbers on the website where I ordered, and what part numbers were on the boxes when they arrived. I had to call technical support to be sure they had shipped me the correct items. Also, the web site is poorly constructed. It has no search feature. I had to use the Home Depot website to search for Kind water systems-it was easier to identify products through them!
