I got a solo challenge book years ago and unfortunately never finished it. With the new year coming up I wanted to see if I would be able to finish a new one. I ordered online but while shopping in target I found the last one on sale for targets Christmas deals and I snagged it. I emailed them asking to cancel the order I placed and they were amazing with their customer service. Instantly replied to the email to ask if there was any problems or anything and I just stated I found it at target and was able to get it there and they were like that’s amazing, your order is cancelled, were happy you could find a deal. They are so sweet and I can’t wait to start my book!
Ana was kind enough to email me and let me know there was an issue with my address, she was super polite and even double checked to make sure I was happy with the address before it was shipped out. Such a small thing but so very important, thank you again Ana!

I ordered the Solo Adventure package and thought I had been over charged. These guys were super quick to respond, always followed up, and it turns out it was just my bank after all of it! Then afterwards, they STILL followed up to make sure everything got settled for me. I was so impressed. They are legit and care about their customers. Got my package fast. The customer service is great, I was worried about shipping because I couldn’t see the tracking, their reps responded quickly and followed up after it was delivered to make sure we got it. Looking forward to our date adventure!
I had a question about my order and was able to text a representative who responded very quickly how to get the answers I needed through email. Ended up being several emails back and forth for me to understand but they were very understanding. After my package arrived I received a personalized email response asking confirming I had received and all looked good. Looks like really fun adventures are ahead! Thank you so much!
Not only is this a great idea for taking the guesswork out of fun dates (solo OR with friends OR with a significant other) but it’s FUN, too… and their customer service is top notch, quick to respond, and KIND. Go have some fun!! :)
The Adventure Challenge company makes great quality products. I have several of them and have loved every one, they bring more joy and fun times to our family. The customer service is also wonderful. I totally recommend them!
I ordered the adventure challenge solo edition with the lomo'instant camera, and the camera arrived malfunctioning. when i reached out to the support team, they were very quick to help find a resolution, and kept up with other parties to ensure a timely fix. these guys are very kind and caring. what a great company!

I accidentally ordered too many items and forgot my discount code. The team quickly cancelled my second order and issued a refund for the discount I forgot to provide. Super easy!
I was unable to find my tracking information due to my own mistake of inputting the wrong email address at the time I ordered. I reached out and the customer service representative responded to my email very quickly. They provided tracking and changed my email address for me. After it was delivered they checked to ensure I received my package. I feel the representative went above and beyond for such a small request. Very much appreciated. Can’t wait to start my challenges
