After being in the customer series industry for the last 22 years I must say that after a delay in post customer support team member Ana went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction was top Priority! Will be a return shopper for sure !

Love the idea and cues. Too much use of the term “bae”, honestly wouldn’t have gotten it if I had known that that’s what they’ll refer to a partner as.

Was very quick and friendly to help with a shipping issue, and made sure to continually follow up. Haven’t done any adventures yet but the book is beautiful and lovely quality, we can wait to use it!

This is my second purchase with Adventure Challenge. The product all the way to customer service is absolutely amazing. You can tell they put their heart & soul into their products along with their customers. Highly recommend ♥️

I ordered this fun book for my daughter and her fiancé as a gift. Unfortunately it showed up warped from transit. I reached out to customer service and notified them my reason for ordering and to see if a replacement could be sent. The response time was within the same day, and that is said for every email sent back and forth. They offered to send a replacement, after showing photos of the damage, and to ship it expedited so I have it in time for her engagement party. Every email from them was kind and understanding and with a resolution in mind, THIS is what customer service should be modeled after. I can’t say enough about how impressed I have been with this company and Trixie. A million thank yous!! They even responded on Christmas Day!! I’ve attached screenshots to show their quick, same day responses.

My boyfriend and I bought one of the date books a few years ago. We have had so much fun making memories so we decided to gift his parents the mini dates for his mothers birthday. They processed our package quickly. Once it was in USPS hands shipping went a little crazy and the gift was late. I messaged The Adventure Challenge and explained the issue. They sent me to a nice print out that I could gift to my MIL while we waited for the package to arrive. The customer service I received was hands down the best I have encountered. They even rechecked and contacted me to ensure I got my delivery. We will be back again because this is such a wonderful company to work with.

Haven't received package

I’ve ordered twice now from adventure challenge UK. First for myself and partner, and the second time Christmas presents for friends. I have also recommended the couples adventure challenge to SO MANY PEOPLE!! Honestly it is just amazing, and we always look forward to scratching a new one off. The only issue I have faced is delivery timing, both packages have been late. However, I cannot fault their customer service, extremely quick to respond, and I believe neither delay was their fault. Their customer care is the best I’ve ever experienced, fast responses, detailed, caring, and useful. A superb company, superb people, and OUTSTANDING PRODUCT!! (Totally worth waiting a little longer ☺️)

Had an issue couldn’t track Parcel due to my own mistake, someone helped me straight away and the items arrived the next day

I thought I had an issue with my package delivery. A few minutes after I sent an email to the Adventure Challenge customer service, Ana responded (immediately). Ana was very helpful and friendly throughout our interaction. (I did end up finding my package after all).

Shipping and service was really good. It came pretty quickly so I have already been able to complete a couple of adventures

So excited to gift this book to my husband and start scratching off the dates. I also received great customer support from the seller after the delivery company lost my original package.

Such great quality product and a great idea! I ordered from the adventure challenge for a Christmas in November and complete forgot all about till 11 December. By which time the tracking hadn’t updated so I wasn’t sure where this was. I contacted their customer services and they arranged a replacement and got it out to me by the 14th. So grateful for the turnaround in time for Christmas. Shoutout to Ana and the team for all their help!
