Always a great shopping experience

Excellent

😊👍

Good though it will be an add to show the real price for French customers because I paid 10€ more than it was shown on the website.

love it

Service und Versand waren ausgezeichnet

Beautiful soft leather and a stunning colour. Service in the Cambridge store is always excellent. V impressed!

By mail. . . easy and quick

Very friendly, helpful staff. Adorably adorned shop with many options to peruse. Selected a sale bag, and the sample was exchanged for an unhandled one at the register. An unexpected bonus.

I love my bag. Last minute I was given the option to have it sent to my home in the US. This cost me almost as much as the bag. I don't expect the clerk to know this, but I think it's important to highlight. I would have carried my purchase had I known.

Love this bag

Fast shipping and beautifully packaged

The salesperson have an excellent customer service!

Flimsy fastenings, poor qualitu

Ease of use

Excellent customer service and quality product.

My mini Daisy is already a staple in my wardrobe!

It was easy to order and the shipping service was excellent.

Not suitable for bowls. Very misleading advertised as a bowls bag. Customer service poor State things are individually made but can amend.
