I bought from the shop in Bath where the staff were an absolute joy and could not be more helpful.

I bought a bag and a few charms from this terrible company MONTHS ago. The charms (which are ugly in person) came but the bag was on back order which was fine. Except they forgot multiple times and when I pressed them about it they said it would ship shortly only to cancel the order entirely. Now I won’t even wear the bag charms out. I’d sell them but I don’t want to give this scamming company anymore publicity. Not worth it in the slightest especially for their exorbitant prices and awful customer service.

It was a gift n she loved the 10cm card wallet. From initial observations the outter bag wss more a handbag duster would have been nice if smaller in order to fit the small purse. Cost savings by the company id say in order not to have the correct size, confusing when its so expensive for such a small card wallet. Yes its a pretty colour but the cost for that size with shipping tbh I find incredibly expensive

Very nice an unique Bags. I like the fact that they are made in the UK (and not China)! The size is mostly a little small, but good for me, otherwise i would have bought more than three bags🙈 The handles should be bigger, so i could wear it over the arm, thats not possible for me now. I bought them in bath, so i dont know anything about the delivery but the staff was friendly.

I love it. It’s stylish, matches a lot of your outfits and it’s quiet luxury. Don’t understand why the strap is so thin, though. It hurts after wearing it for a while. Hence the four out of five stars.

I was at home throughout the day and did not receive any doorbell ring or delivery attempt. At 2:08 p. m. , I was informed that the delivery was missed. Despite having paid for delivery, I am now required to collect the item from a post office located far from my residence. This is unacceptable and unfair.

The staff in Bath was very friendly. The bags look very nice and are made in england. The bags are sometimes a little to small to fit the most important things. . . and also the handle is a bit small to carry the bag over the arm.

This was my first purchase from the brand, and I am very satisfied. The photos don’t do justice to the bag’s quality or its true, rich color. Customer service responded very quickly to my message and helped immediately. I can only recommend them. ❤️
