The employees in the store in Bath were beyond helpful and so so nice, I truly felt welcome, and they helped me fix my old satchel and gave me good tips on how to take care of it.

Such lovely customer experience at the Bath outlet - the team was so friendly and helpful and even more so after knowing how much I love Wicked - brought down the Wicked collection for me to see ! Will definitely revisit the store whenever we're in Bath!

Love my purple doctors bag! Love how it opens wide so you can easily see everything and find what you are looking for so easily. The clasp is so secure it’s great for security. Absolutely love it, craftsmanship and style, so practical and just the right size.

Perfect colour fits most things without feeling over full. It loses one star as it stated via pictures an iPad would fit only an iPad mini or iPad with no case on / only a screen cover. Otherwise great deal for the price and definitely prefer the magnetic clasps.

The shoulder bag doesn‘t include the long crossbody strap, only the short plaited shoulder strap is delivered. That costs one star.

Amazing quality. Nice bag. I love the look of it. However not very comfortable on the shoulder especially if I put slightly heavier things inside. And I would also appreciate it if there were more compartments inside.

I’m really enjoying my Racing Green Isla purse. It is handy having both a handle and a cross-body strap and the color is such a lovely deep green. I’m going to love this addition to my collection. While the purse seems small, I can fit my phone, small wallet and a very small water bottle.
