I purchased a key chain at the Covent Garden shop. It was packaged beautifully and the recipient loved it. The staff at Cambridge Satchel was brilliant and went out of their was to assist me.

Great experience in the store

Very happy with the service I got from the staff on duty when I purchased my handbag (unfortunately I missed to get her name). She was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products. She assisted me with a smile and made the experience very pleasant!
