Great experience over all! I needed to get in touch with customer service and it was great. The only pain point would be that delivery was slow (handled by DPD)

Amazing products and amazing guest service

The color is exceptional, the quality is as expected - great, like all the other Beis suitcases. I do miss the compression pad, but I hope that later on there will be a chance to add it. The connector is awesome, can't wait to put it to use.

Very prompt delivery service, my only complaint, the new stock sells off very quickly and difficult to grap it before it is sold out.

It's great quality, however, only 2 are compression packing cubes out of the 6, which is a little disappointing. For this price, at least 4 should have been compression cubes.
