I have made 3 orders so far and I never had a problem! I love everything I ordered and plan on ordering a lot more in the future!!! I haven't had to contact costum services but I assume that would go well too if I ever needed it!

It's great quality, however, only 2 are compression packing cubes out of the 6, which is a little disappointing. For this price, at least 4 should have been compression cubes.
