I ordered the Bunn On/Off waremer switch for my Bunn NHBX. Shipping was fast. It is not as simple to install as some of the online help would tell you. I had to remove the bottom plate and cut the wire ties to give enough slack in the wires to be able to pull them in order to connect them to the new switch. Spending $12.99 saved me from spending over a $100 on a new coffee maker.

The customer service is outstanding. I have an unknown brand of coffee maker, and it was leaking. I ordered several replacement parts blindly. I received a call a few minutes later asking what I needed the parts for and told the man (unsure of his name) that I had an unknown coffee maker and described it to him. He looked a few things up and found my exact brand coffee maker and model and was nice enough to even email me the owner's manual and parts list. I was told by my boss that this coffee maker was somewhere between 12 and 15 years old. The man on the phone helped me get the parts I needed and eliminated a few that I didn't need. He saved me around $20 in unnecessary parts. He was super friendly and a huge help. I think he deserves a raise. The coffee maker is now working great with no leaks and producing super hot, very full pots. Thanks again.
