Water cooler faucet works well. To bad I could not find original for a Sunbeam YLR series.

I ordered on Sept. 24, supposedly shipped on Sept. 30 (6 days after order, despite ad that it ships 5 days after order) and now USPS tracking indicates they do not even have the item and they only received an electronic advice of shipment!! Not good!!!

Filters work great and they came in a very timely manner!

I have only ordered twice from this company, but the service has been great both times. The rum coffee is one of the best coffees and definitley compares to the island rum coffee I purchased in Nassau. Thank you for a great product!
