All was good got the parts I couldn't get in Wal-Mart, Lowes or Home Depot

I ordered on Sept. 24, supposedly shipped on Sept. 30 (6 days after order, despite ad that it ships 5 days after order) and now USPS tracking indicates they do not even have the item and they only received an electronic advice of shipment!! Not good!!!

Filters work great and they came in a very timely manner!

I have tried many roasts and flavors. I have not been disappointed yet!
