I bought a BrewTek ES18 for my wife 5 years ago along with a coffee grinder. I was never a big coffee drinker, but I loved the coffee this machine made. Easy to use and easy to clean, but not programmable. All family and friends were very impressed with our coffee. It finally died, so we bought a Keurig. After a month, we put it aside and bought another BrewTek. Brews the coffee at optimum temperature and keeps it hot for hours. Doesn't do programming, but to make the best coffee you should grind you beans when your ready to brew the coffee.
