UV bulb broken upon receipt. ESP Water will not accept return. I spent $111, received a broken bulb from ESP that ESP won't accept in return, and still don't have an operational UV system. Poor service. Hoping ESP comes to their senses and addresses this. Until then, buyer beware. Consider shopping for replacement UV bulbs somewhere else.
