Working with ESP Water was smooth, professional, and easy. Great customer service.

This is not compatible with Culligan. It is the inner filter part of the Culligan cannister, but you have to open the cannister to put the filter in. The plumber could not even get the cannister open. He installed one piece of three, so I can't return the kit. And leaving two Culligan filters and one ESP filter made the whole unit stop working. Not only did I lose money purchasing these, but I no longer have a working RO unit at all. The plumber threw out the Culligan part, so I can't put it back in. I'm hosed.

Don't like how soon my 5% coupon expired. Will not reorder until next year. So coupon dose me no good.
