Did an excellent job on the full body PPF, Ceramic Window tint and the Ceramic coating on my car. My online problem is that I didn't have them do the wheel off service for the ceramic coating. I will be going in to get that done when driving season is over. They found a repeat customer here. Andy and the 2 owners I met with are very professional and seem to care greatly about their customers.

Excellent customer service. When I contacted Esoteric about a problem with the Kamikaze over coat sprayers, they immediately responded and sent me replacement sprayers within a few days.

IRON seems to decontaminate calipers and barrels more easily and doesn’t have the strong odor of the similar wheel product I previously used. The price of IRON makes it a much better value as well.

I bought the Active 2. 3 and the reel system that compliments it and I have to say that set up is a must have in any car enthusiast’s garage. The Active 2. 3 is a solid machine with amazing performance. We had the 2. 0 and upgraded to the 2. 3 and WOW what a difference, it actually feels like you are using a pressure washer wand at a car wash. I recommend getting their new foam cannon to complement the unit we absolutely love that as well. Now for the downside, within 90 days of having the unit it started having some issues. I reached out to Curt at Esoteric, he reached out to Active, we swapped some parts out and that did not resolve the issue. Curt went above and beyond to get the unit replaced and get us back up and running again. If you are looking for a great unit that does live up to its expectations then this is the right unit for you. While ours had issues I still give it 5 stars because when it was running it was amazing. I also give it 5 stars for Curt’s amazing customer service working with myself and Active to make the situation right and get us a working machine. Hats off to Esoteric, Curt, and the performance of the Active 2. 3.
