No problems at all with the purchase and delivery

My only challenge is getting this device to update! It refused to connect to new computers and with a perfect wifi signal, fails to fully update after waiting over 20 minutes for the process in the car.

The detector is better than the first on I bought from your company . You should connect your GPS up with Waze so it would give me better information of problems on the Highway. I use Waze most of the time because I can't use both at the same time.
