This is my 3rd StickyCup since I've owned my Passport Max for about 10 years. It holds the detector firmly to the windshield and releases when the detector is taken down. I anticipate it will last several years and perhaps when it's time to replace it I will upgrade to a new Escort radar detector and StickyCup then. It was easy to find the windshield mount I needed on the website. . The price was the same as Amazon and I was assured of getting the right thing. Shipping was fast and resonable.

I never received power cord. The address came up wrong and I had no way to change it.

I don't know about you, but I like doing business with companies that are straightforward and do not play games. Escort claims to have a trade-in program, but there are many deceptive caveats attached to it. For example, if you have an older model, they claim you can trade it in for $80. But what they do not easily reveal is that every discount or coupon you use during your purchase deducts the so-called trade-in value. In reality, you get absolutely nothing for your trade-in, and that is not revealed until you have already received your purchase. This is a very deceptive tactic, and I do not wish to participate in it any longer. I will be making my next purchase from Valentine or Uniden.

Arrived via free 2-day UPS air. So far working great. Installed the latest update and Tweaked the settings and she’s quiet until a legit threat is identified. Glad it finally has 5 ghz WiFi capabilities, the updates download so much faster. I currently own three RLs, two of the over the air updatable and one from 2009 still going strong.
